What force is needed when the chain shifts

A bicycle wheel consists of a diameter of 64.6 cm and a mass of 1.70 kg. Suppose that the wheel is a hoop having all of the mass concentrated on the outside radius. The bicycle is placed on a stationary stand and a resistive force of 120 N is exerted tangent to the rim of the tire.

i) Determine what force should be exerted by a chain passing over a 9.07 cm diameter sprocket when the wheel is to accomplish an acceleration of 4.53 rad/s^2?

ii) Determine what force is needed when the chain shifts to a 5.51 cm diameter sprocket?
