The social problem statement needs to include a what the target of the intervention is There may be a few things at play. What are those based on your assessments? This one focuses on single parenting and intellectually disabled parents. What are the key issues Arnie is dealing with? That is what your problem statement should address.

Evidence Based Intervention Section.

A. Paragraph structure here and throughout the rest of the paper needs to be changed. I'm not sure why the first line of the text of each paragraph is aligned left and the remaining is tabbed. There's also no in text citations in the first paragraph. What family intervention are you referring to?

B. The Child depression scale is a research and screening/assessment instrument, not an intervention. Also be sure to link the problem to the interventions themselves. I'm not sure how to make sense of the second paragraph in this section. Its not linked to an intervention or the problem. When selecting an intervention consider the following: What does the intervention target? What is its theoretical base? How is it applied? Go back to the literature and select interventions used with intellectually disabled children who have experienced trauma. This will provide you with a base to start from

C. Parent Child Interaction Therapy- This is getting closer to how to structure a discussion of one of the interventions. The issue here is twofold.

a. The intervention is targeted at children younger than Arnie.

b. The focus of the writing is on the methodology of the study you use/cite rather than on the components of the intervention itself.

D. CBT is a good start. I think this could work as an intervention for you to discuss. Also know that it is not solely targeted at people with intellectual disabilities and anxiety. Its used in a host of other settings also. Be careful how you talk about this. You write, CBT is of people with intellectual disabilities and anxiety disorders". Its not just for them, and it may not work for certain intellectual disabilities. I suggest looking at Trauma Informed-CBT.
