As a leader of a health care organization, one will be presenting to both employees and the board of directors about the upcoming expansion of another health care facility in another area of the city where there is a need for more services. What facts or data would one include in your communication? How would on approach each group? Would one' communication be different for each group? And if so, how? What challenges would one anticipate from each group?
