Introduction

Research project explores the concept of "off plan sales", and the extent to which consumers are willing to buy or accept the new strategy called "off plan sales", that have been implemented recently from the Ministry of Housing, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In particular the research focuses on the factors that would derive the consumer to accept the product and what barriers may prevent them from joining the program. Moreover, this paper will discuss recommendations and areas where the Ministry of Housing could improve to attract the buyers.
