o In your state, what is the state board of nursing's requirements/restrictions on voluntary and mandatory overtime?
o A healthcare organization allows for mandatory overtime in the case of staffing shortages. You are the supervisor on shift and there is a staffing shortage for one RN for 4 hours into the next shift. There are five RNs currently working. What factors do you take into account in deciding which RN will be required to remain to cover the shift?
