Option I: Compile a list of facts about women in prison. Then, watch an episode of a popular culture account of women in prison such as Orange Is the New Black (or other tv shows or movie that discuss this topic). Should take notes on what you see while you watch. Then compare your facts with what they have just watched. You should then discuss the similarities and differences and the implications of these.
Option II: Research what factors lead to job satisfaction and what factors lead to job dissatisfaction for women professionals in one of the following areas: policing, corrections, or offender services. Based on those positive and negative factors, construct a workplace program, innovation, or intervention that you think might make a favorable difference for women.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
