What example of a firing that did not work (i.e., the employee did not know they had been fired) do I cite in the video "Breaking Bad News?" If you are firing, someone, explain what to keep in mind and what specific tactics to use to ensure it goes as well as possible. If you have experience with firing or being fired, please explain how that experience reflected these tactics (or diverged from these tactics).
