Think of an organization that you have either worked for, or are familiar with. Have the leaders within that organization followed the ethical principles that they set forth in their employment manuals? If not, what types of issues could this create for the workplace as a whole?
When we look at science in today's world, we see that we are able to gain a significant amount of information about a person's health conditions (perhaps even before that person is born). What ethics issues can be seen by obtaining, and using, this information to make long term decisions on an individuals? What are the pro's and con's of making decisions in this fashion?
