To assist you identify a theory/model give thought to the following question(s):
a) What is the emphasis of our project for which you are seeking funding?
b) Is the project to change behavior?
c) To provide information?
d) If the individuals do not change their behavior what will be the negative health outcome?
e) Do they feel susceptible to the negative outcome if they do not change their behavior or adopt the new behavior?
f) Are they ready to change their behavior, or thinking about changing their behavior?
B. Write a theoretical perspective section for your research proposal the script.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
