This unit mentions the war for talent, but the other side of that is the competition for great jobs. Other than pursuing your degree or furthering your education (which is, statistically speaking in terms of lifetime earnings, a great idea) what else do you think could better position you as an outstanding candidate for future positions? What characteristic do you already possess that might allow you to stand out above the crowd?
