Discussion Post: Composing a Menu of Innovation Strategies
• Disruptive innovations usually displace current products or service offerings. For an innovation of your choosing, identify why you believe it is disruptive, and what effect that disruption has on other current offerings in the marketplace.
• Lead users are typically ahead of other customers in the adoption cycle-solving a problem even before a formal innovation is introduced into the marketplace. Identify your own version of a "lead user" and briefly explain how that person (or group) fits the definition of a lead user.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
