Human communication by Susan and Stanley; please answer the questions: (i) what are the three major relational dialectics (connection-autonomy, certainty-uncertainty and openness- closedness) provide an applicative example of each. (ii) After challenge yourself, what kind of member are you? What does score reveal about your ability to work with groups? What do you feel are your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to your ability to work in groups? My score was 59 which I am skilled member of a group, but don't rest on your laurels. Everyone can get better. You're a likely candidate for leadership roles.
