Problem
A school star athlete and a student were injured in a football game. After being paralyzed from the waist down in his last game, the student was finally okayed to reenter school. When he could not access his biology class, the counselor informed him that his schedule was changed due to the classroom not being wheelchair accessible. Miguel was moved from biology to a different science class that still met his graduation requirements but was not necessarily a college preparatory class. The family, of course, was not happy with this adjustment and immediately scheduled a meeting with the principal with a lawyer present to
get their son the best representation.
