In a two to three page, double-spaced APA paper, use the Calabresi and Kamisar articles to answer the following questions:
How does Kamisar respond to each of Calabresi's objections to the exclusionary rule?
What historical and policy considerations does Kamisar point to in support of exclusionary rule. For example, Kamisar points to how police conducted searches prior to Mapp v. Ohio (1961).
