Is the internet, web, or web 2.0 really a new medium or just a phenomenal advancement in how media deliver content? We watch movies, TV, listen to music, read papers and magazines and even books via the internet. But we did all those things before in different formats.
What does it take to effectively use all media now, whether separately on just as part of being connected? In other words, what is the difference between media fluency and media literacy?
Requirements: 400-600 words and include research from two sources other than the text or lecture. Submit as an attachment in MLA format.
