What do you want to achieve with your Toulmin essay? You will need to include references on the reference page. When you create your reference page, be sure to include the full bibliographic information for your essay and for any outside sources you use. Choose one of the argumentative essays that we've read and discussed as a class and write an extended summary of the essay ("they say") as well as your response to the arguments made ("I say"). You can use it outside quotes, make sure you frame, or"sandwich" them, as described in Chapter 3 of your They Say text.
