After viewing our first Zoom lecture and the YouTube videos hyperlinked in the Week 2 Reading module in Canvas, ponder what you learned about perception, emotions, personal filters, and diversity of experience. Submit 2 paged paper answering the following questions:
a) Did either presentation stir empathy or compassion in you?
b) What do you understand empathy and/or compassion to mean?
c) How can you become more empathetic?
d) Consider a day in the life of a legal professional working in a family law firm-with what sort of individuals might you interact?
e) Do you think there any place for the practice of empathy in the practice of law? Why or why not?
