•· Describe how you would go about setting up a new innovative technology company. Specifically, discuss the degree of centralization, organicity, and slack. Also make sure you discuss what you would do to try to keep your employees from starting their own spin-off companies.
•· Conduct an Internet search and locate two large venture capital firms. Research the companies and find out what types of firms they invest in. What consistencies are their within the companies? What inconsistencies are there between the firms the two companies have chosen to finance?
•· Conduct a search and locate a business angel. What do you think their primary motivation is for investing in technology start-ups? How successful have they been in their investments?
