I. In the Unit 5 Activity, you discussed a social/political issue that you believe is of particular importance to young voters. Do you think this issue helped drive the high youth voter turnout in the 2022 Midterm Elections? Why or why not? Is there any evidence from the texts above that your issue was important for young voters? If so, what was it?
II. The Democratic Party owes their midterm wins to the youth vote (18-29). What do you think the Democratic party owes to young voters? What strides must democratic politicians make to reward young voters for their support?
III. If democratic politicians don't deliver for young voters, can you imagine young voters' support for democrats diminishing? Why or why not?
IV. If you could make a dream strategy for democratic and/or republican politicians to help address and/or solve the issue you highlighted in the Unit 5 Activity, what would it be? Be inventive!
