Research what a single-payer healthcare system is and the differences of this delivery model to the current American healthcare system delivery model and its service-for-fee payment setup. Are one of these systems better than the other? Why or why not? Do you think a single-payer healthcare system in the U.S. would work and be better for U.S. citizens? Why or why not?
