One of your assignments this week is to examine your own personal leadership style along with your values. Discuss a leadership situation you experience at work addressing some or all of the following:
Task
i. What is the situation?
ii. What role do you have (leader? follower?)
iii. What do you think is working/or not regarding the communications, the actions and the outcome?
iv. If this is an ongoing situation or single event please describe what considerations need to be taken now and in the future for an outcome that is favorable for any of the following: productivity, positive relationships, skill building, network enhancement, shift in leadership style, technology integration, a satisfying and challenging personal or organizational culture.... etc.
