2. Why is this issue more critical than any other of the many organizational issues facing management?

1. Concisely and directly tell the reader the single most critical leadership issue you believe managers face today.
2. Support your stated critical issue with evidence.
3. How does this issue relate to other organization or management issues? Why is this issue the most critical?
4. Use at least five scholarly references; three of the references should be academic journals.
5. Correctly cite the references used in the body of the paper. Follow APA format. The list of references must be on its own page. The references must agree with text citations and include only entries that were cited within the body of the paper. The reference list is not called a Bibliography or Works Cited.
