After watching the YouTube video "Building a Culture of Health" (cc) (3:59), think about how your proposal and those like it will help to achieve a national culture of health. What do you think is the most important factor in making a culture of health possible for the population you are targeting with your behavior change program proposal? Consider social determinants, policy change, and so forth.
