Problem
You have a client. She is 61 years old living in Nice, France, recently retired. She was a plastic surgeon at a private hospital which provided a good pension scheme. She is divorced with two children, both of them have their own families. She has her own home inherited from her parents, but also bought another one in downtown as an investment. She has a mortgage, but only 3 more years left. She has invested in blue-chip stocks, government bonds, and gold. Few years ago, she invested EUR 20k in her friends' venture, but it did not go well. So, she is curious about private equity, but at the same time, scared too.
