What do you think he means by absolute truth

Problem

There is a debate of comparative importance of knowledge and experience. knowledge is information and skills that each of us acquire throughout life's experiences and education. I also think that knowledge and experience in many respects correspond to the qualities of intelligence and wisdom. Socrates defines knowledge as absolute truth. He believes that everything in the universe is innately connected. What do you think he means by absolute truth? I believe that everyone has unique knowledge from what they have experienced in their own life. Socrates also believed that the ability to distinguish between right and wrong lies in individuals reason and not in society. But doesn't society play a role in what is right and wrong? Surely we see devastating news about shootings etc. I think those people are severely ill minded but also how and where they grew up plays a role in what they choose in life whether it is right or wrong.
