• Resources: Are there appropriate resources allocated to successfully implement/execute on the effort?
• Alignment: with stakeholders
• Barriers or Challenges: Are the barriers identified, and are appropriate mitigation strategies and approaches included in the effort?
• Recommendations: Are there any clear recommendations that you have for improvement/execution?
• Impact: Does this effort appear meaningful and will it have an improvement?
• Execution: Does this appear manageable? Is it organized for success?
• Outcomes: What do you think are the outcomes that will occur?
• Success: What is the likelihood of this effort being successful and why?
