THIS IS FOR A MOTIVATION AND LEADERSHIP CLASS: What do you think about collective bargaining rights, etc.? Is the problem with the bargaining rights themselves or with the fact that so many organizations (including whole states--like California, for example) have agreed to so many "bargains" that they are LITERALLY going bankrupt trying to fulfill their obligations to retired workers?
