What do you personally think will be challenging about having to have these types of conversations as a manager?
Remember that the final communication step is to reflect on how the encounter went. After having a di?cult conversation this means making sure follow-up is established. Having the di?cult conversation is the beginning of finding a mutually beneficial resolution to the identified problem.
