i. Has your organization (past or present) ever been through an organization transformation? If so, what was most difficult about it? If your organization has not, what do you envision would be the tipping point that would cause an organization transformation to have to occur?
ii. What do you believe will be a few of the core issues in organizations of the future that will cause these organizations to have to make sweeping changes in their culture or strategy?
