Pretend you are interviewing someone from your community, work, home, or social club who you have determined from your new knowledge of Mindful Leadership, is a mindful leader.
Questions:
1. Do you consider yourself not to be the "boss" even when you are?
2. What makes you happy?
3. What do you consider makes a good leader?
4. Have you read any books on leadership?
Interview and ask the above questions. You may add one or two of your own.
