Problem
Drawing heavily on the course readings to date (i.e., Learning Units 1-5), please write a 5-6 page paper (double spaced, 12 point font) addressing the following questions: What do we mean by the "globalization of culture"? Do you think we are heading toward a homogenous, flat, and nonhierarchical world culture? Why or why not? You will find that the answers to these questions are interwoven, and thus you should be able to write your paper based on a central thesis that addresses all of these questions. Please include a bibliography with the final draft of your paper (this should be in addition to the 5-6 essay pages). You do not need to include a title page. Please limit your essay to six pages.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
