The purpose:
The purpose of the study is to explore online students awareness about the online office service. In addition, the study will explore either what online students expect and their desire from online service about what they want in order to accomplish their goals.
Research Questions
The majorreason for this research questions are to explore student's needs and desire of online services in order to accomplish their goals. The
research will answer questions revolving around online services for students such as:
• What do online students know about service that theonline office offers?
• What do online students want and need from online office service in order to be successful?
