What do lsquoleadership and lsquomanagement mean - what are

You need to follow the requirements in order.

Requirements:

Section 1

1- Answer the question: Leadership: What sort of Leader am I?

2- What sort of Leader could I become?

In this section of the report you should write:
1- Short overview and discussion of what I have learnt about leadership, management and team working. ( you can see the PowerPoint section and talk about it)

This discussion should focus on three central questions that I should ask myself on it:

1- What do ‘leadership' and ‘management' mean? - What are their differences?

2- What sort of a leader am I? (I am of compound between Participative Leadership (Democratic) &Delegative (Laissez-Faire) Leadership.

3- What sort of a leader could I become or would I wish to become?

4- To answer these questions, students should give some thought to the general theory and discussions they have had in the classes, as well as their experience of the practical tasks.

5- This section can be ‘academic' or it can be personal - one possibility is that students could write it as a personal reflection on what they have learnt about themselves as leaders, and how they would like to explore the ideas and issues raised in the programme further for themselves.

6- I have to reflect on questions such as ‘what is a good leader/manager?

7- ‘How does someone learn to become a leader?

8- ‘What are the main challenges of leadership?' or perhaps any other questions they may wish to explore on this topic.

Section 2:
Short reflections: on this part you need to answer all the information and you can see some of my writing below. So you will add it and elaborate more on it.

1- The most interesting and most challenging issues

2- Students may also adopt briefly some elements of the theme of ‘globalisation and multiculturalism' in their introductions. "This is you need to give some information and related to the topic"

Therefore, in this section students need to say:

1- What topics/issues have interested them the most in the past week?

2- Why are they interested?

3- What have they learnt?

4- What do they want to learn about further relating to these topics?

5- What two topics/issues have they found most challenging?

6- Why are they challenging? Is it because the student is interested, or not interested, in them?

7- What further can the student do to explore these topics to overcome the challenges?
