Choose any of these fairy tails :

• Snow White"

• "Sleeping Beauty"

• "Hansel and Gretel"

• "Little Red Riding Hood"

Here is an example :

Hansel and Gretel fairy tales is one of the story I learn the most about it this semester. This story has many lessons I did not realized when I was child. First, how parents make mistakes by leaving their kids in unsafe place. Second, how kids take of one another also how they plan ahead and think fast to save each other. Third, never give up hope and do not trust strangers. When I was young I only thought, this story was talking about how parent is selfish and how they scarify their children to life good life. However, while I was reading and annotating this story I learn the reasons and what the author try to teach children this story is great story to show love of the sibling for each other and how oldest try to protect his younger sibling also how could kids think and plan ahead. It is story to teach kids how to fight for themselves and their rights. I like this story and the idea of it was not rich vs poor but rather poor vs. injustice.

What do believe is the single most important lesson that any given fairy tale could teach a child in our modern culture? Explain why you chose this lesson. Be specific.

Here is an example :

I believe that the fairy tale Robin hood has most important lesson to teach kids that some rich steal from poor people to make themselves richer and Robin hood steal from rich people to help poor people live. This story has great moral lesson about how to be human and not how to not be silent about injustice. Children should know how to fight for their rights and how to help each other from early life hood will make them grow up to be intelligent people with great heart. F. Scott Fitzegrald said," rich people keep getting richer and poor get poorer". Show that it is true in the past and present who know if it will be true in the future also, but the only way to stop it by being hero like Robin hood and fight for our rights of course not by stealing. We should have some sort of mercy in order to be able to fight for one another rights.
