What disease does the child most likely have

Problem

A 4 month old girl is brought to the ER one morning with what appears to be severe burns all over her body. Her skin is red, inflamed and beginning to blister. Her mother says she put the child to bed early because she said she wasn't feeling well, and the mother noticed a bright red spot on the inside of her right thigh. The child was irritable throughout the night and when the mother saw her in the morning, she immediately brought her to the ER. The red, inflamed and peeling skin had spread to other parts of the childs body. The child is currently running a 39 C fever.
