What did you think about the scenario? Many times, we are fearful of the unknown and it stops us from doing what is right or in the best interest of our patient. Do you think the nurse leader handled the situation well? How would you rate her conflict resolution skills? Would collaboration have helped the situation? Any improvements on what/how the situation was handled?
