Personality Type Indicator Assignment
The Process:
• Take the test-
o Take the test when your alone, calm, and focused.
o You don't need to outsmart the test.
o Don't over-think the questions, just read and answer.
• List your personality type as the paper title i.e., ESFJ-T
• On the same website, investigate the various job preferences, tendencies, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
• Answer the following questions:
1. What did you learn from the results? Any surprises?
2. How does the introvert/extravert factor compare to how you see yourself?
3. Describe how the results help you understand your personal tendencies?
4. How will you use this new information to be a better employee and/or manager?
