What did you learn from the exercise of applied theory

Problem

Considering that your motivation to learn is not conditioned by getting an A in a course that you have taken, but by learning new skills that will serve you in the real life, please reflect upon your experience as part of the class experiment that focused on applying Herzberg's Motivation and Hygiene Theory.

A. Negative Physical KITAs:

Reflect on challenges you encountered if you received or perceived that the instructor was being too critical, or if you felt the instructor was telling you off by not answering your email (if applicable to you), or by affecting you negatively in terms of your work schedule. Anything else such as money paid for the class, hassle of dealing with administrative paperwork, changing instructor, retaking the class, withdrawal, etc.

B. Negative Psychological KITAs:

Reflect on the emotional aspect upon suspecting that something is wrong with the instructor not communicating with the class via zoom or not posting assignments on blackboard, or upon hearing that your instructor has decided to quit teaching. Anything that raised adverse psychological red flags...

C. Positive KITA

Reflect on any positive effects that this experiment had upon you. What did you learn from this exercise of applied theory in a way that affected you directly?
