Suppose you are doing the clinical hours in a doctor office advised by an MD, seeing patients with diagnoses such as hypertension, diabetes, CHF etc. The challenges or success can be created by you.
Describe your clinical experience for this week.
a) Did you face any challenges, any success? If so, what were they?
b) Describe the assessment of a patient, detailing the signs and symptoms (S&S), assessment, plan of care, and possible differential diagnosis.
c) What did you learn from this week's clinical experience that can be beneficial for you as an advanced practice nurse?
