i. What has previous practitioner (not scholarly) literature (more than 5 years old but less than 30 years old) said to address the problem of African American women not receiving equal opportunities to advance to leadership roles in healthcare organizations?
ii. What did previous practitioner (not scholarly) literature (more than 5 years old but less than 30 years old) said to address the problem above and the and gap in practice (gap in practice is that leaders in the U.S. healthcare industry are not utilizing effective strategies to ensure leadership opportunities for African American women) to justify the basis and need for my project.
