Problem: What Diagnostic Impression would you give for a 16 year old male who has been molested at the age of 7, and is experiencing troubles with the law due to sexual misconduct and is recently diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder. He has exhibited some paranoia, difficult in family relationships, trouble with the school and law, and elevated Pd.
