Step 1: Choose one of these myths about global climate change from the Skeptical Scientist Website. In your response explain why it is a myth. What data exists that demonstrates the myth you chose is not supported by evidence? Be sure to read both the information in the basic and intermediate tabs. Notice how the information in this website is well cited by reputable scientific sources. That is a key to recognizing rigorous information versus pseudoscience.
Step 2: When replying back to your classmates' response, be sure you have also read the myth and data sections being discussed, as well as, any articles they've provided. Explain why you agree or disagree on certain points. You may also provide links to other articles that offer additional scientific data. There is a list at the end of these instructions with some reputable and informative ones to get you started.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
