An employee of the Triton Corporation makes a police report that his privacy rights are being violated because the IT Section of the Corporation is using packet sniffers to watch their computer activity. Discuss how you would respond to the complainant, to include, whether or not it is the right of a corporate network administrator to use packet sniffers and whether or not the employees' privacy rights are being violated.
