Scenario 1:
The football season on campus is in full swing. The team is doing well and may see the payoffs this year.
The game ended at 11:00 pm. A group of students decided to get together in a parking lot after the game and are eating junk food and talking loud. Many of the students continue to raise the school flag in excitement and scream out the school's name in triumph. The police cars arrive.

Scenario 2:
A student works as an intern in the school administrative office. This student doesn't like many of his teachers and finds himself in the administrative office with all the professors' information including personal information to include social security numbers. He writes several of them down. That evening, the student goes online and applies to several credit cards.
