What crimes can be charged to who and why

Problem

Jailhouse Jerry was arrested (again) and remained in custody pending his criminal proceedings. His next court date was the following Monday morning.

The Sunday beforehand, Jailhouse Jerry's girlfriend, Blinded-by-Love Becky, visited him in the County jail. Before ending visitation, Blinded Becky kissed Jailhouse Jerry. While kissing Jerry, Becky passed Jerry a handcuff key she had concealed in her mouth.

Gambling George was a transportation deputy with the sheriff's department. Gambling George was responsible for driving inmates from jail to the courthouse in one of the prisoner transport vans. Gambling George was dating one of Becky's friends.

Because George owed money on gambling debts, Blinded Becky offered Gambling George $1000 to not secure the lock on the back of the inmate transport van. Gambling George agreed and Becky paid George $500 with the other $500 to be paid afterwards.

On the morning of the court transportation, Jailhouse Jerry used the handcuff key provided to him from Becky to unlock and remove his handcuffs. When the transport van stopped at a red light, Jailhouse Jerry opened the back door from the van jumped out of the van. Blinded Becky, who was following the inmate transportation van, opened her door and Jailhouse Jerry jumped in. Becky and Jerry drove off.
