Let's say you are the owner of Green Spaces, Inc. is a local commercial landscaping/building business located in Scottsbluff, NE.
Your company is hired by Wasteland Incorporated (who is based out of Colorado) to build a new brick wall enclosure around a new vehicle storage area. Green Spaces builds the enclosure and the storage area. Two months later, the wall completely collapse, severely injuring Judy ( a Wasteland employee).
