As an I/O psychologist, in order to obtain a prospective consultee organization's bid, you have been asked to give a presentation to a community's police force faced with the challenge of designing and implementing effective workforce planning. This proposal needs to demonstrate what could realistically be done to assist the police force with its unique workforce planning needs, including its public safety obligations, as well as its budget.
