What could be your possible internal body feelings

Problem: As a social work intern at an older adult agency, I currently facilitate a support group. The bereavement support group convened for its session with a total of four participants three men and three women. The session started at 10:05 a.m. I greeted the group and chatted with them a bit. Then I used the scaling question to ask about they are feeling with their grief. I shared the plan for the day, including watching a YouTube video about Coping Skills and Self Care Strategies. The members were very responsive to both the scaling question and the video. One of the struggling members who lost her husband about 5months ago expresses her concern that the video is very real but it is triggering her emotional state. I dived deeper with her by asking her, what part of her emotions is being triggered but she mentioned that it seems everyone in the group is way above her in their grief journey because to her everyone seems to be in the acceptance stage. One of the members chimed in and said the member beside her recently lost her husband too and he is still struggling too and the fact that she is currently in her acceptance stage doesn't mean that she is not going through the pain of losing someone especially because she lost two important people, her husband and her son. Write what could be your possible internal body feelings, body movement and gut feelings of being worried, supportive, encouraged, hopeful, and compassion when you had this conversation.
