For this assignment

1. Each team member is responsible for creating a customer. For example, if there is a team of 4, create 4 ‘types' of customer.

Each team member creates one - and then from those, like the first assignment, identify one for grading. If all teammates do not provide a customer, the entire team will earn a zero (0) for the assignment. Question 1 is worth 20 points. Each customer should have:

a. A picture

b. Description - demographics and income

i. Goals - come up with something reasonable and tangible

1. I.E. buy an egg salad sandwich for under $3.00

ii. Actions - what does the customer type do in this context?

iii. Environments comfortable in (technical and physical - communication channels i.e. phone, mail, email, social media etc..)

c. Then as a group, for all the customer types identified discuss

. How are these types of customers different?

i. How are these types of customers the same?

Each team member, for their customer, walk through the website. - each team member goes through - identify one for grading

. How does the website meet the goals, actions, and environmental needs of that customer type?

a. How does the website not meet the goals, actions, and environmental needs of that customer type?

b. What could be done to improve the experience for that customer? Identify specific actions, environments, or steps that can be taken.

c. What could be a different business offering for that customer? I.E. beyond custom golf clubs.

Create a level 1 use case diagram for a generic customer, highlighting what all actions that customer can do on the website. Minimum of 2 groups of activities.

. In addition to the diagram, there should be a narrative.

a. Narrative should have a brief description of a use case diagram

b. Narrative should describe the different roles identified

c. Narrative should describe the different goals of identified roles

d. Narrative should describe the different actions

e. Narrative should identify the environment identified in the diagram

Create a level 1 activity diagram for each activity identified.

b. Narrative should describe the order of the activities

c. Narrative should describe the different activities

Create appropriate class diagram. It should include classes for each level 1 use case activity and activity diagram identified.

c. Narrative should describe the functions for each class

Make suggestions for the website - what could be better? What could improve? How would you improve it?
