• Briefly summarize the Supreme Court case, Korematsu v. US, in your own words.
• What constitutional issues were involved in Korematsu v. US?
• In your opinion, did the facts presented support the claim that the military situation justified the temporary suspension of parts of the Constitution? Explain.
